These Messaging Terms apply when you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ProteinText.
Messages you may receive
ProteinText sends replies to user messages, including estimated protein amounts and running daily totals, along with scheduled daily check-ins about your current total and remaining gap.
Frequency and charges
Messages are recurring, approximately 2–6 messages per day depending on usage. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Consent
Consent is not a condition of purchase of any other goods or services.
You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to provide a mobile number. Message delivery may be affected by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
